Greeting the students with immense excitement on the first day of School(18-06-24), a voice filled with enthusiasm.

The teacher welcomed each student individually, their words resonating with genuine warmth and sincerity.

The room seemed to come alive with the collective joy and enthusiasm of both the teacher and the students.

Yoga Day Celebration

Yoga Day celebration at MTMS began with a special assembly, where the significance of yoga and its positive impact on health and well-being were discussed.

The session included a variety of yoga poses, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques and meditation . It was heartwarming to see students abilities to practice yoga and support each other in their journey towards health and wellness.

Overall, the International Yoga Day celebrations at our school were a resounding success. The event brought the school community together in a spirit of unity and wellness, and it helped to spread awareness about the incredible benefits of yoga.

It was a day filled with joy, inspiration, and a sense of fulfillment, and it served as a powerful reminder of the transformative power of yoga in our lives.
